Welcome to Accorda (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website accordapro.com and our enterprise legal counsel and compliance offerings. By engaging our services, purchasing information products, or ordering goods, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Accorda provides professional legal counsel and compliance support to corporate clients. Our services include policy development, contract review, regulatory analysis, and tailored advisory engagements.
2. Information Products
We offer digital publications, templates, and online seminars (collectively, “Information Products”) focused on best practice frameworks, compliance standards, and corporate governance guidelines.
3. Goods
Accorda may supply physical materials such as printed guides, manuals, and branded merchandise (collectively, “Goods”).
4. Fees and Payment
Fees for Services, Information Products, and Goods are set forth in your engagement letter, order confirmation, or on our website. All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments must be made via the methods specified at checkout.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Services
Clients may request a refund for Services within seven (7) days of the engagement start date, provided no substantive work has been performed. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within fourteen (14) days of approval. Clients may alternatively request to reschedule their service engagement at no additional cost, subject to availability and at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice.
5.2 Information Products
Information Products are eligible for a full refund within thirty (30) days of purchase, provided no more than twenty percent (20%) of the content has been accessed or downloaded. To request a refund, please use our Contact Form. Refunds will be processed within seven (7) days of approval.
5.3 Goods
Physical Goods may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery in their original, unused condition. overall outcome shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon receipt and inspection of returned Goods, refunds will be issued within ten (10) days.
6. No Refund Services
Certain bespoke or expedited service engagements—such as on-site audits or tailored compliance roadmaps delivered within five (5) business days—are non-refundable. This policy ensures commitment of expert resources and scheduling of specialized personnel.
7. Rescheduling of Services
Clients may reschedule service appointments with at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a fee equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the service fee.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. The exclusive venue for any disputes shall be the courts located in Veytaux, Switzerland.
